A 3D film production for both THEATRICAL and IMAX release. A thrilling family adventure through the ancient holy city of Jerusalem. A dramatic narrative comprising both 3D animation of historical scenes, and epic documentary footage of current events.
In a 3D Movie Experience we will bring the great history of Jerusalem and its timeless story to the billions of people around the world, longing to witness the world’s holiest city. The Movie will fuse voices of Judaism, Christianity and Islam together, merging all perspectives of Jerusalem’s stories as one, while staying committed to tell a much greater story. The final product will prove that coexistence is possible, preferable and even inevitable in Jerusalem. The creative team will be comprised of professionals from the major religions represented within the city to provide a unified vision of Jerusalem. This includes acclaimed directors John Boorman, Roman Polanski, and François and Jean Jacques Mantello.
Jerusalem was declared a world heritage site by the UN in recognition of its international significance. As one travels through the old city, every layer of stone reveals a new plot point in Jerusalem’s dramatic story. The story of suffering, longing, joy and triumph begins well before the common era and continues through to the present; a new chapter created every single day. In this film, we will celebrate Jerusalem as an extremely relevant modern city and as a preservation of history and culture for three of the major world religions and for all the people of the world. Jerusalem:Forever is following in the footsteps of other Successful IMAX films that have come before it, including Everest, Egypt:The Pyramids, etc.
We have a letter of intent from the Mayor’s office of Jerusalem granting our productions permission to film the city.
